RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered! If you don't, we are happy to provide an exchange or refund on any unworn merchandise within 60 days of purchase. To make a return, please email info@lielandlentz.com with your order number and we'll help you process your return.

Please note: items that have been engraved are made specifically for you. While they are not eligible for refund, we are happy to offer exchanges and size adjustments to ensure the perfect fit and style.

The sender is responsible for the cost of return shipping. You are welcome to purchase your own return shipping label; alternatively, we are happy to provide a USPS return label for your convenience. The cost of this label is $10, which will be deducted from your total return. Once your return is received, please allow up to 3 business days for the return to be processed and up to 5 business days for a full refund to be issued to the original form of payment.

For damaged or defective products, please email info@lielandlentz.com and provide your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a return label for the original products and expedite the shipment of a replacement product.
