Delivery was a little slow though hard to put that back on the seller really. Customer service was good once they got in touch. They had some issues with replying that made me a bit nervous at first. They were on top of it once they got in touch.

Looked around for a while for a wooden-based jewelry gift and I found this for a 5-year wedding anniversary gift. My wife loved it and got many compliments over the holidays. I like that you can replace the chain with anything that you like as long as fits.
