This warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair or alteration. Additionally, it does not cover the natural wear and tear that occurs over time or any damage due to contact with chemicals such as perfumes or detergents.
During the two-year warranty period, Liel and Lentz will repair or replace your product free of charge if it is found to be defective due to workmanship or materials used. If your item cannot be repaired, we will provide you with an identical item in exchange for the defective one. For repairs requested after the two-year warranty period has expired, a fee may apply depending on the specific issue needing repair.
