REFUND POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with an item purchased online, we will be happy to direct you on how to exchange or refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that all sale items are final sale. If a product arrives damaged we will provide a replacement. Please email info@lielandlentz.com for more information.

The item must be shipped back in its original packaging at the expense of the sender. 

If you received a wrong or defective item, contact us immediately at info@lielandlentz.com. Please include your order number and note the error or specific defects.
