In India, these nomadic people are known as the Banjara. When I was traveling through India’s desert in Rajasthan, I was entranced by their way of life and dress. Fashion is such an interesting way of learning about cultures around the world. In the desert, both men and women of all ages are adorned with jewelry, symbolizing religion, class, family origin, etc. I think it's fabulous!
