RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered! If you don't, we are happy to provide an exchange or refund on any unworn merchandise within 60 days of purchase. To make a return, please email info@lielandlentz.com with your order number and we'll help you process your return. Please note: the sender is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.  Once your return is received, please allow up to 3 business days for the return to be processed and up to 5 business days for a full refund to be issued to the original form of payment. 

For damaged or defective products, please email info@lielandlentz.com and provide your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide a return label for the original products and expedite the shipment of a replacement product.
