The shop owner was really helpful in making me a custom shaped necklace (I wanted a more simple circle necklace rather than a heart), and also really quick in responding to me. I really appreciate it! My wife loved the final product (it was an anniversary gift). The only hiccup was that I asked for there to be the word "Always" engraved on the back, and that wasn't on the necklace. But it's okay, because my wife didn't know it was supposed to be there, so it's not like she missed it! =] Thanks again!"
