My wife loved it as an anniversary gift. The box arrived crushed and was held together by tape, but the contents were okay. I did not contact the seller as I do not believe this is a reflection of the seller. Would recommend.

Dear prospective buyers, We have contacted the buyer and determined that the parcel was opened my custom agents at the border and taped back together by them. It is unfortunate that the package did not arrive in perfect condition, but the jewelry item itself was in perfect condition and a new jewelry box and black suede pouch has been shipped to the customer to replace the damaged one.
